Really good EP with an amazing cover by ArielZB... and it's not a coincidence : the whole EP is a collection of Darksynth tracks "à la Perturbator".
VHS Glitch is for me the highlight of this compilation, but it's really a solid release as a whole. SokK
18/25 exclusives. "ZZ" is a great opener, outrun with guitar accents that gets things moving; the grave, guitar-driven "Calculated Justice" follows. The rest is generally mellow, excepting "Restless Destroyer". I like the sultry "Last Dream" and "Gluteus" is fun synth-pop. "Into the City" is nice, midtempo outrun. "Shinjuku" has an outstanding sound of urban relaxation. I also like the percussive sound of "Bone Sand". Plaisance's "Challenger II" is my fave, smooth outrun with plucky synth riffs. kmxexii
